Do I need to be technical?
No. Erika is not a developer either. She built everything she runs without writing code. She hands yours over running and teaches you to drive it in plain English.
Is this a course?
No. A course gives you information to act on. This gives you a working system. You leave with the machine already doing the work, not a list of things to go do.
What if I only want the licensing paperwork?
It is fully included. The P&P manual, admission agreements, emergency plan, and HHSC application are all part of the build. This service just goes further, into the marketing, hiring, and day to day too.
Why one flat $3,500, and what will I make back on it?
The $3,500 is flat because pricing games waste everyone’s time. It covers the build, the handover, and 30 days of Erika on call, with no subscription to her, and if your project is genuinely bigger she tells you on the first call, before you pay anything. What you make back is the question nobody can honestly answer for you, and you should be careful with anyone who tries. It depends on your beds, your rates, and how full you keep them. Erika prices and promises her half only.
Does it keep working after the 30 days?
Yes. The AI runs on your own account and is yours to keep. The 30 days is Erika on call while you get comfortable. The system itself keeps running for as long as you run your business.
