Privacy Policy

This is the privacy policy for the AI Visibility Score service, operated by Erika Crossley (Houston, Texas). Plain language, because that is how we do everything here.

What we collect

To run a scan: the business name, website, city, state, and care type you type in. The scan reads publicly available information about that business: its website, public reviews, and public search results.

If you create an account: your name, email address, and a password. Passwords are stored hashed, which means we cannot see them.

If you buy the roadmap:payment is handled entirely by Stripe. We never see or store your card number. We keep a record that your account paid, the amount, and Stripe's reference for the transaction.

Basic technical data: we count scans per day per network address to prevent abuse. We do not run advertising trackers.

What we do with it

We use your information to run your scan, build your roadmap, save your progress, and respond when you contact us. That is it.

We do not sell your information. We do not share it with anyone except the service providers needed to operate (payment processing by Stripe, hosting, and email delivery for things like password resets).

AI processing

Scans and roadmaps are generated with the help of AI models, which process the public information described above. Your account password and payment details are never sent to any AI model.

Your choices

Want your account and its data deleted? Email admin@seniorliving.expert from the address on your account and it will be done within 7 days.
