Refund Policy
Effective July 9, 2026
30 days. Money back. No fight.
If you buy the roadmap and within 30 days you feel it did not give you a clear, honest path to raising your score, email admin@seniorliving.expert from the address on your account with the words "refund please". That is the whole process. The refund goes back to your card through Stripe, usually within 5 to 10 business days.
You do not need to explain yourself, though if you tell us what fell short we will listen, because it makes the product better for the next owner.
Done-for-you work
Steps you hire Erika to do for you are priced and agreed per task. If work has not started, you get a full refund on request. Once work is delivered and you have approved it, that task is earned and not refundable, but anything wrong with it gets fixed at no charge.
