By using the AI Visibility Score service you agree to these terms. The service is operated by Erika Crossley (Houston, Texas).

What the service is

The free scan checks publicly available signals about a senior care business and produces a score from 0 to 100 with a letter grade. The paid roadmap ($250, one time) gives you a customized, step-by-step plan to raise that score, with instructions you can follow yourself or have done for you at the price listed on each step.

What the score is and is not

The score is an assessment of visibility signals at the moment of the scan: your website, reviews, directories, and how you show up in real searches. Where a signal cannot be verified (for example, a website that blocks automated readers), the result is labeled an estimate. The score is not a judgment of your quality of care, and it is not a guarantee of rankings, referrals, or revenue. Completing roadmap steps improves the signals the score measures; how search engines and AI engines respond is up to them.

Your responsibilities

Scan businesses you own or represent, or are evaluating in good faith. Keep your account credentials to yourself. Everything you publish from a template we give you (prices, claims, licenses) must be true for your business. Do not use the service to harass competitors or automate bulk scanning.

Payment and refunds

The roadmap is a one-time $250 purchase, processed by Stripe, no subscription. Refunds are covered by our refund policy: 30 days, money back, no fight.

Liability

The service is provided as-is. To the maximum extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to what you paid for it. These terms are governed by the laws of Texas.

Changes

If these terms change in a way that matters, the date at the top changes and account holders are notified by email.
